Membership Application Form
- - -
We  would like to welcome you to the Goldendoodle-Labradoodle Premium Breeders site and ask that you fill out the application form and send in the required paperwork that will put you in a class that you can and should be proud of.

Our yearly fee is $120.00,  and we want to insure that everyone that is listed on this site has completed all the required tests.   This site guarantees that all breeders listed have completed the required genetic testing and due to this guarantee, we ask that each breeder send copies of all tests that have been completed on  dogs  they are currently breeding.

As soon as all the documents are on file and the yearly fee is paid, you will be immediately placed on the list with a link to your website.   We are proud of the breeding program that you have developed and want you to be recognized for all that you are doing to ensure that you are producing the best doodle that is possible.  Thanks for caring to do the very best.

What is the COI on your breeding Stock
The Premium Breeders on this site are very concerned with the temperaments of the dogs that are being bred and list that as one of their major concerns when choosing breeding stock. Please list, in order of importance the attributes that are of the most important to you when choosing your stock
Please give a short overview of what you would do in the following situations: 1. Several pups from a breeding pair have been found to have a genetic disorder.
Would you breed those dogs again?
You have several dogs that are going to be retired from breeding, what do you do with those retired dogs?
One of your clients has had an emergency and cannot keep the pup that was purchased from you.....what would you do in this situation?
We feel as though it would defeat the purpose of this site to recommend breeders that are not doing the genetic testing of their breeding stock. Do you believe that it is important to recommend only those breeders that are doing the genetic tests?
Comments:
We feel as though any breeder that is doing the testing listed on this site is a top notch breeder and would have excellent history of serving their clients before, during and after the sale. Do you feel as though this is an important aspect of your Breeding business? Is the after sale support there for your clients?
